Kraftsman to Host Virtual CPO® Certification Course November 9-10, 2026
Ready to complete your CPO® certification before the end of the year? Kraftsman is hosting a 2-Day Virtual Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Course on November 9-10, led by Jesse Benavidez, CPO-I.
This is a full two-day course, so no online Pool Operator Primer is required beforehand. We'll cover the PHTA curriculum, working through pool math and water chemistry, reviewing real-world pool operations, and preparing for the certification exam.

Course Book & Shipping
Each participant receives a printed Pool & Spa Operator Handbook shipped directly from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). Standard UPS shipping is included.
PHTA typically requires 1-2 business days to process book orders before shipment. Processing time is additional to estimated shipping time. Early registration is encouraged to help ensure your handbook arrives before class.
Registration & Payment
After your registration form is received, Jesse Benavidez will send a PDF quote for the course and any selected expedited shipping.
Payment in full or a purchase order from your employer must be received before registration and course materials can be finalized. Credit card payments are accepted; a 3% transaction fee applies.
